There are four steps towards realizing substantial cost-savings with you: Analysis, Research, Selection and Implementation, and Monitoring.
Most of our work is done outside of your office environment. Our processes, resources, and systems ensure minimal impact on your internal resources. All savings are realized, sustained, and improved over time by monitoring supplier performance following the supply contract. We fully collaborate with you transparently, allowing you to retain control of all key aspects of the engagement.
Analysis
We prepare a report on your current status quo in the selected cost categories where you think savings may be achieved.
Research
We will present you with an options report, based on our expertise and long-standing experience in the supplier markets to show you where potential savings may be achieved.
Selection & implementation
Once you have chosen an option, we facilitate the implementation of the savings process in your company.
Monitoring
We monitor the savings achieved in performance reports for 36 months or more. These savings are the basis for our remuneration.
